Model 4 Filter Housing Features

Single bag filter vessels provide technologically advanced filtration capabilities for industrial water, coolant, chemicals, and fluid treatment applications. Rosedale Products’ Model 4 Basket Strainers and Model 4 Bag Filters are available in two sizes and pressure ratings. Additionally, the covers can be easily removed without special tools, and the basket or bag is easily cleaned or replaced. Model 4 Basket Strainer and Bag Filter features include:
  • Low pressure drops
  • Covers are O-ring sealed
  • All vessels are electropolished to resist adhesion of dirt and scale
  • Adjustable-height legs, optional
  • O-ring seals: Buna N, EPR, Fluoroelastomer, PTFE
  • ASME code stamp available on select models
  • Liquid displacers for easier servicing
  • Two pressure ratings: 200 psi (with clamp cover) and 500 psi (with eyenut cover)
  • Pipe sizes 1 thru 2-inch, NPT
  • Two basket depths: 6, or 12 inches (nominal)
  • Accepts trade size #3 or #4 filter bags
